A large petroglyph panel with anthropomorphs and animal depictions

A rock art panel in an obscure canyon in northern New Mexico combines what are probably Ancestral Puebloan with Diné art. Anthropomorphs dominate, but there are also animals like cranes and bighorn sheep. It’s entirely probable that early inhabitants of this area ran into many types of animals; as I was hiking out of this canyon, I saw fresh bear tracks in the mud.
